- Finalize legal structure across RRCA, ClaimStore, Market Applications, SelfInsurity
- Launch the minimum viable dashboards and candidate portal
- Deploy the core ClaimExpress pre-claim and Proof-of-Loss workflows
Phase 2 — Network and back-end integration
- Scale RRCA contractor nodes across the primary storm zones
- Integrate measurement APIs, estimate parsing, and field routing
- Activate the automated Task Efficiency Rating algorithm
Phase 3 — Macro scale and decentralized trust
- Deploy tokenized task economics
- Institutionalize pay-as-you-go insurance models
- Establish the governance node transition for the Human Blockchain ecosystem
